In her role as Director of the Bristol Eastern European Community, Monika works tirelessly to bring the community together, providing essential support in various areas such as arts and assistance for parents of children with special education needs. Her unwavering commitment to her community is evident in every initiative she undertakes, making a tangible difference in the lives of many. Beyond her community work, Monika’s passion extends to Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, where she trains diligently. This experience allows her to connect with diverse individuals, further enriching her understanding and ability to empower those around her.

Beata Kubiak Member of the International Poles Association. She is a Health Promoter and Diet Preventive specialist. She worked as a Community Engagement Officer and caregiver for the elderly. Nominated for Personality Poles 2023, and for the prestigious Start Night Awards Wyspa TV 2024, founder of the „Stokrotki” group, organiser of activities for domestic abuse victims and events promoting the culture of Eastern Europe. Completed courses in Mediation in Practice, and Risk Behaviour Prevention, Counselling and Supportive Strategies, Coaching and Addiction therapy course. Beata has been involved in the life of the eastern european community living in Great Britain for years, promoting a healthy lifestyle and national culture.

Ela Dobczynska is the esteemed Director of the Bristol Eastern European Community. As a dedicated Protection Adviser, she is passionate about helping people and making a positive impact on their lives. Elzbieta’s commitment to her community is unwavering, and she continually strives to provide support and guidance to those in need. In her free time, Elzbieta enjoys hitting the gym and spending quality moments with her children and friends. Her personal interests reflect her dynamic and compassionate nature. Elzbieta holds an LLB from Bloomsbury London and aspires to become a Public Notary in the future, furthering her mission to serve and protect her community.
